Privacy
Two forms and a server log. That is the whole of it.
This site has no analytics and sets no cookies, so nothing about you is gathered while you read. Personal data exists here only because you typed it into one of two forms, or because a server wrote down that a page was served.
What you can send us
The contact form asks for your name and your address, and lets you add a company, what the work needs to do, the kind of engagement, a deadline, channels, a budget and a note.
The brief form on the AI page asks for your name, your address and a description of the project, with three multiple-choice questions about its type, its stage, and what is going wrong.
On both, only your name, your address and the description are required. The rest you can leave blank.
Why we hold it
To answer you. That is the only reason. There is no mailing list, nobody is profiled, and nothing is sold or passed on.
How long
A year, then it is deleted.
Who else touches it
Netlify receives the form when you send it and passes it to us by email, so it rests on their systems as well as ours. Netlify also keeps ordinary server logs — address, time, page, browser — briefly, to run the service and stop abuse.
The typefaces are served from this site, so no one else is asked for them.
Netlify is an American company, so your data leaves the EU.
What you can ask for
A copy of what we hold, a correction to it, or its deletion. You can object to us holding it at all, and we will stop. Write to hello@sillywizardsguild.com.
If we get it wrong, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection at imy.se.
Changes
If any of this changes, so does the date below.
