Living Fiction

Living Fiction is a platform for authored stories with living characters — not scripted dialogue trees, but minds with a history, loyalties, and things they will not say. You question them in your own words. What you learn depends on how you treat the people who know.

The first case, Before the Mountains, opens in 1935. An expedition is preparing to sail, a cargo inspector has drowned in the dock basin, and the committee has already agreed on its account. The file stays open for six days. Story, characters, interface and image are built as one production.
