SiD Animated Series

An animated series set within the universe we originally created around the band of the same name — a world of music, mythology and mysterious Glitch Black Ovoids.

As planet Earth freezes, so do the sounds that surround us. Rivers stop rushing, cities stop humming and humanity begins slipping into a cold and silent slumber. Behind it all is Nitus, an ancient celestial being consuming the frequencies created by noise and silencing the Music of the Spheres.

Our unlikely heroes are a newly formed band who discover that when they play together, something extraordinary happens. Their instruments transform. Colour returns to the world. Ice begins to retreat. Music, quite literally, brings Spring in December.

Connecting everything is the Glitch Black Ovoid — an impossible object appearing throughout history, from Pythagoras and his discovery of the Music of the Spheres to the band’s own strange awakening. Part symbol, part puzzle, part portal to somewhere else entirely.
